Below is the list of documents we require from you to review and submit to the training partner (RTO) for your RPL assessment application:

  • 100 Points of ID
    Accepted documents include: driver’s licence, passport, Medicare card, proof of age card, key pass, and utility bills.

  • Updated Resume
    A current resume outlining your skills, work experience, and employment history.

  • USI Number
    If you don’t have one, you can create it at www.usi.gov.au.

  • Employment Contracts or Job Offer Letters

  • Reference Letter
    A reference letter from your employer or senior management detailing your job role and responsibilities.
    (Must be on company letterhead)

  • Pay Slips or Invoices (Optional)
    Documents should clearly show your name.

  • Academic Documents (If Available)
    Previous training or education documents such as first aid, diplomas, degrees, or school certificates.

  • Workplace Photos
    You must appear in the photos and be actively performing relevant tasks.
    Please provide multiple photos aligned with the unit requirements.

  • Workplace Short Videos
    You must appear in the video and be performing relevant tasks.
    Video length must not exceed 2 minutes.

  • Additional Supporting Evidence
    This may include Excel files, plans, job cards, work samples, or any documentation aligned with assessment requirements to demonstrate your competency.

The training partner (RTO) may contact you to request additional evidence.
An assessor may conduct a competency-based interview.
Gap training may be required to address any identified skill gaps and support a successful assessment outcome.
