Below is the list of documents we need from you to review and submit to the RTO for your RPL assessment application:

  • 100 Points of ID Accepted documents include: driver’s license, passport, Medicare card, proof of age card, key pass, and utility bills (For more information, refer to the guidelines on 100 Points of ID)
  • Updated Resume with your current skills, experiences, and employment history (more info)
  • USI Number (if you don’t have one, you can create one at www.usi.gov.au)
  • Employment Contracts or Job Offer Letters
  • Reference letter from your employer or senior management, detailing your job description (must be on company letterhead) (sample reference letter(more Info)
  • Pay slips or invoices (optional) with your name.
  • Academic documents with transcripts (Ex: first aid, diploma, bachelor, certificate ii, iii, iv, year 12 certificate etc.)
  • Working with Children Check (if applicable)
  • Additional Supporting Evidence This could include: Excel files, plans, other work samples, or any documentation aligned with the unit outline to demonstrate your competency in the applied qualification.

Important Notes:The RTO may contact you for further evidence. An RTO assessor might conduct a competency interview. Gap training may be required to address any areas of improvement and ensure a positive assessment outcome.
