To turn your experience into a qualification, you will need to provide the following evidence for review and submission to our partner RTOs:
100 Points of ID: Valid documents such as a driver’s license, passport, Medicare card, or utility bills.
Updated Resume: A current summary of your skills, work history, and responsibilities.
USI Number: Your Unique Student Identifier.
Employment Contracts: Recent job offer letters or contracts confirming your role.
Employer Reference Letter: A letter on company letterhead from your supervisor or manager detailing your daily tasks and experience.
Pay Slips or Invoices: Documents showing consistent work in the industry (optional but helpful).
Prior Academic Documents: Any previous transcripts or certificates you have obtained.
Workplace Photos: Clear photos of you performing specific tasks on-site.
Workplace Videos: Short clips (under 2 minutes) showing you in action on the job.
White Card: Your current induction card or any other relevant industry licenses.
Additional Work Samples: Project plans, Excel files, safety reports, or other documentation that proves your competency in building and construction.
Important Notes: The partner RTO may contact you if further evidence is required. In some cases, an assessor might conduct a competency interview or recommend gap training to ensure you meet all requirements for a successful outcome.
